How Credits work

How many Credits does each check use?
  • Quick AI: 10 Credits / 1,000 words
  • Turnitin: 400 Credits / check
  • iThenticate: 2,500 Credits / check
  • ZeroGPT: 20 Credits / 1,000 words

Quick AI and ZeroGPT use one block per started 1,000 words. For example, 2,300 words use 30 or 60 Credits respectively. Each service’s file and language limits still apply.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Both packs are one-time purchases. Buy only when you need more Credits, with no monthly commitment or automatic renewal.

Do I need separate balances for each service?

No. Both packs contain the same shared Credits. The examples show possible uses, not restrictions on what you can choose.

Can I use Credits for iThenticate?

Yes. An eligible iThenticate AI Writing Report uses 2,500 Credits / check. It uses the same shared Credit balance as the other services. Your existing iThenticate purchases are unchanged.

Do Credits expire?

No. Purchased pack Credits stay in your account until you use them.

Are Credits the same as model tokens?

No. Credits are Textsure’s payment unit. Turnitin and iThenticate charge per eligible document; Quick AI and ZeroGPT charge by text length. Model tokens are not a customer billing unit.

What happens to my existing reports and purchases?

Your saved reports and existing iThenticate purchases are unchanged.

When can I use my Credits?

Credits are added to your account after payment is confirmed. Choose a service, add your document and start your check. If a check fails, its reserved Credits are returned to your balance.
