How Textsure works.
Choose the right check, add your document and review the findings. Here is what happens along the way.
Choose a check
Start with the report you need. Each product page explains its output, price and document requirements.
Add your document
Upload a file, or paste text for Quick AI and ZeroGPT. File checks flag unsupported inputs before provider submission.
Run the check
Quick AI and ZeroGPT start when you click Analyze. Turnitin and iThenticate continue after a valid upload when your account and balance are ready.
Review your report
Open your completed result, read the relevant passages and download available reports. Saved account reports stay together in My reports.

iThenticate →
An iThenticate AI Writing Report PDF, including the AI Writing Overview and reviewed submission.

ZeroGPT →
ZeroGPT’s AI percentage and highlighted passages shown in the context of the submitted text.

Buy a one-time Credit pack and use the balance across services. Credits do not expire, and there is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Quick AI and ZeroGPT charge per started block of 1,000 words. Turnitin and iThenticate charge per document. The checker shows the applicable cost.
A basic file check is not a detection result and cannot guarantee that the provider will accept every document. If the file is unsupported, fix or replace it in the upload area.
Credits are reserved when a check starts and settled when it completes. A confirmed failed check releases the reservation. If the provider’s outcome is uncertain, the order may stay pending while it is reconciled; avoid repeatedly submitting the same document.
PROCESSING & ACCESS
Where and when to find your result.
Processing time depends on the service, document and provider workload. We do not guarantee a fixed number of minutes.
For Quick AI and ZeroGPT, keep the page open until the result or a saved report link appears. For Turnitin and iThenticate, once the order is created in My reports, you can leave and return to follow progress.
Completed account reports remain in My reports without automatic expiry. Downloads and report sections depend on the chosen service. A missing AI score is not a zero score.

What happens to your file?
Quick AI and ZeroGPT extract text from uploaded files, then send the text for analysis when you select Analyze. Academic report services send the document for provider processing after precheck.
Saved reports are associated with your account. Quick AI retains selected excerpts; ZeroGPT retains the reviewed text and highlights. Academic orders retain the information needed to return to their reports.
Account storage is not the same as a provider’s comparison repository. There is no blanket guarantee that all services use the same retention or repository settings, or that deleting a Textsure result deletes provider-held data.

A score is a starting point.
Similarity results identify matching text. Review the source, quotation and citation before deciding what a match means.
AI-writing results concern patterns in text, not matching sources or proof of authorship. Keep different providers’ results separate and consider the actual passages, drafts and writing context.
