Processing & report access
Your file is checked for basic eligibility before submission. Once the order has been created, follow its progress in My reports; you can leave the page and return later. Processing time depends on the document and provider workload, so a fixed completion time is not guaranteed.
Credits are reserved when a check starts. A confirmed failed check returns its reserved Credits; an unresolved request may stay pending while its outcome is checked.

The completed PDF is stored privately and linked to your account. Downloads require account ownership checks; report access is not a public document link.
Saving a report in your Textsure account is separate from inclusion in a provider’s comparison repository. We do not make a blanket no-repository or provider-deletion guarantee. Check the applicable handling terms before submitting confidential or restricted work.

The downloadable deliverable in this service is an iThenticate AI Writing Report. AI-writing indicators are distinct from similarity or plagiarism checking.
Do I need another credit balance?
No. The same Textsure Credits balance pays for this service. One check requires 2,500 Credits.
Where do I get the PDF?
Open the completed order in My reports and select Download report. The order is not marked complete until the PDF has been saved.
Can I leave while the document is processing?
Once the order has been created and appears in My reports, you can leave and return later to check progress.
Does a check guarantee journal acceptance?
No. The report supports your review; publishers and institutions make their own decisions and may require a different process.
