Orders and reports
Include your order reference, the service you selected and a short description of the problem. A screenshot of the error can help; hide any sensitive information before sharing it.
If a submission or report is delayed, check its status in My reports before submitting the same document again.
Credits and payments
For a payment or Credit-balance question, include the purchase reference, approximate payment date and the issue you are seeing. Do not send full payment card details.
Account and privacy questions
You can also contact us about sign-in problems, saved reports or document handling. Never send passwords, verification codes or an entire unpublished manuscript in an initial support message.
