3. Data Retention and Deletion

Original uploads are used for processing, not saved as separate files in your report library. Temporary-file cleanup runs after text extraction or processing; interrupted uploads or unsuccessful cleanup may leave temporary copies for later removal.

Reports saved to your account may include the reviewed document, submitted text or selected excerpts. Completed account reports have no automatic expiry. Delete Quick AI and ZeroGPT reports from their result pages; contact [email protected] to request deletion of Turnitin or iThenticate reports.

Turnitin, iThenticate and ZeroGPT checks run through Textsure’s integrations. Documents checked through Textsure are not added to comparison repositories. The systems that performed the check handle their processing data under their own terms; deleting Textsure’s copy does not itself delete those records.

Order and usage records may be stored for accounting or legal compliance.

Users may request data deletion related to their account or order history, subject to verification.

4. Sharing of Personal Information

We may share limited personal data with trusted third-party service providers who support our operations, such as:

• Payment processors (for handling payments securely);
• Server and hosting providers (for running our platform);
• Data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, used to understand website usage and improve the service.

These partners process information on our behalf and are contractually required to protect your data in compliance with this Policy.
