What Turnitin checks

The Turnitin service provides similarity and AI-writing reports for eligible documents. It is useful when you need those specific report types, not just a general writing review.

When to use it

• Reviewing an assignment before institutional submission
• Checking citations and matched passages in an essay
• Reading AI-writing and similarity results separately

BEFORE YOU CHECK

Price & document requirements

400 Credits / check

400 Credits per check. The fee is per submitted document, not per 1,000 words. A revised document is a new check.

These are Textsure’s input requirements, not a list of every format supported by the provider’s other products.

AFTER YOU START

Processing & report access

Your file is checked for basic eligibility before submission. Once the order has been created, follow its progress in My reports; you can leave the page and return later. Processing time depends on the document and provider workload, so a fixed completion time is not guaranteed.

Credits are reserved when a check starts. A confirmed failed check returns its reserved Credits; an unresolved request may stay pending while its outcome is checked.

DOCUMENT HANDLING

Your document & privacy

Textsure checks the file before sending it to the report provider. A submitted document is processed outside Textsure to generate the report.

Your account stores the order and report information so you can return through My reports. Account report storage and the provider’s document retention are separate.

Saving a report in your Textsure account is separate from inclusion in a provider’s comparison repository. We do not make a blanket no-repository or provider-deletion guarantee. Check the applicable handling terms before submitting confidential or restricted work.
