How your document is handled
What happens to your file, what stays in your account, and what you can delete.
You upload a document, Textsure runs the check you chose, and the report is saved to your account. Here is what happens along the way.
What we keep, and what we don’t

Your original upload is not saved as a separate file in your report library. Turnitin and iThenticate report PDFs include the reviewed text, as they do in any institution's report. Completed account reports have no automatic expiry, and access through Textsure requires your account.
Not added to a comparison repository
Documents checked through Textsure are submitted with repository storage off. Your paper is not added to Turnitin’s or iThenticate’s comparison database by this check, so this submission will not become a source of self-matches when you later submit through your institution or publisher.
Everything happens inside your Textsure account
You upload, check and download in one place. Textsure is directly integrated with Turnitin, iThenticate and ZeroGPT; the check you choose runs through that integration and the report comes straight back to your account. Your document is used for that check, not for checks by the other services on Textsure.
Textsure never uses your documents for training, resale or marketing. Unpublished or restricted work: confirm the handling terms fit your institution’s requirements before checking.
Deleting a report
Delete Quick AI and ZeroGPT reports from their result pages to remove Textsure’s saved analysis and the text or excerpts included in the report. For Turnitin and iThenticate report-deletion requests, contact [email protected] with your order reference.
Deleting a report removes everything Textsure holds for that check. Payment and order records are kept for accounting and legal compliance; they contain no document content.
