Choose the deliverable

Read the product page before checking. Turnitin includes similarity and AI-writing reports for eligible documents. The iThenticate deliverable is an AI Writing Report PDF. ZeroGPT returns its AI-detection score and highlights; Quick AI provides an explanatory writing-pattern review, not a calibrated AI percentage.

Per-check costs

Turnitin uses 400 Credits per document and iThenticate uses 2,500. Quick AI uses 10 Credits per started 1,000 words; ZeroGPT uses 20. A 2,300-word text therefore uses 30 Credits with Quick AI or 60 with ZeroGPT. A new check of a revised document is a new charge.

File checks and processing

Each service has its own input limits. Basic precheck catches common file problems but does not guarantee final provider acceptance. Processing duration varies; no fixed completion time is guaranteed.

Credit reservations and failed checks

Credits are reserved when a check starts and settled when it completes. A confirmed failure releases the reserved Credits. If a provider response is uncertain, the order can remain pending while the outcome is reconciled. Do not repeatedly submit the same document to resolve a pending status.

Returning reserved Credits after a failed check is different from refunding a Credit-pack payment. This explanation does not promise an automatic cash refund or replace the terms attached to your purchase.

Finding your report

Saved account reports are available in My reports. Download the files available on the completed order’s page. A missing or unavailable AI indicator is not a zero score. Reports support review and do not guarantee institutional or journal acceptance.
